Partha Sengupta is an award-winning photographer. Born in Calcutta, India, he is an alumnus of the International Centre of Photography, New York, and Counter Foto, Dhaka. He is an MBA in Finance and is a System Design Analyst and worked with India's largest financial institutions while simultaneously pursuing his interest in photography. In 2012, he began his photography career and has been working independently since then. His images were exhibited in Cambodia, Dhaka, Berlin, New York, and Montreal, and in India at Ahmedabad, New Delhi, and Calcutta, and published in the book on border conflict edited by Prof. Sharam Khonsavi of Stockholm University and Boston University. Partha is currently based in Calcutta and has a special interest in anthropology.
